We are passionate about delicious, healthy, exciting, locally sourced, plant based, nutrient rich food that looks and tastes amazing! Food that gives you energy so that while you are on vacation with us (and when you go home) you are able to get the best out of every day! We begin by adding – adding this fruit, that vegetable, this sprout and that seed. This introduces the body to nutrient rich, raw foods that will open your senses to a whole new world of health and well being.
Throughout the retreat you will be able to ask questions, watch and participate in demonstrations – even get in the kitchen and help if you want to! Our nationally recognized chef, Liz Patnode, loves to share recipes, and hopes you’ll take what you’ve learned at the retreat home with you in in the form of fun new recipes and tricks we will teach you about diet. It is our goal you leave saying “That food was amazing!” and “I never knew vegetarian/vegan/live food could taste so good!” and “I feel great!”. AND YOU WILL just like so many guests have before you!
The retreats will be catered in plant based foods, but you don’t have to be a raw foodist or vegetarian to enjoy. To be honest you probably won’t even miss the animal products* when you are on retreat.
*Yes - Organic local milk will be available for your coffee!
